The reason behind me starting a blog called Knead For Sweets is because I found purpose and direction (P&D) in my life.
About a month ago, I made the decision to return to school. Not to get a master's though. I decided to go back to school to be a pastry chef. I love baking! I have always wanted to open my own bakery one day and I figured that this was a good step in the right direction.
The program is less than 18 months and once I'm done I'll be a full-fledged pastry chef! I am ridiculously excited and super ready to start the program in May!
So basically, Knead For Sweets is my way of sharing my journey with everyone. Hopefully, I'll be able to share pictures of the delicious foods I get to make while pursuing the next chapter of my life!
